Returns

At FreeMinded Athletics each product is made to order. because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect sizing, buyers remorse, or change of mind.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

if your item arrives damaged defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at: Freemindedathletics@gmail.com

Please include:  Order number,  Photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. 

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

Return Conditions

To be Eligible for a return or replacement: Items must be unworn and unused, Tags must still be attached, Proof of purchase is required. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable

Late or Missing Requests 

Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement
