Order Processing 

All orders are made to order and processed within 2-5 days business days.

Orders are not processed , shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

• United States: 5–8 business days
• Europe (EU countries): 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
• Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping Times are estimated and are not guaranteed. 

Internation Shipping

International customers may be responsible for: 

• Customs duties
• Import Taxes 
• VAT fees

These Fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customers.

EU Customers 

For Customers located in the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply under local laws. 

However, many FreeMinded Athletics products are made to order and customized upon purchase. because of this, some items may not qualify for cancellation or return under EU consumer protection laws unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

FreeMinded Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal carriers
• Customs processing 
• Weather conditions 
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
